How can I change my profile layout?
To change your profile layout, you will need some experience with HTML or CSS (the programming language used to create layouts for internet pages). If you do not know how to do this, you can get Myspace layouts and convert them to a ZoeCity format.
To do this requires opening up two internet pages. Have one on your ZoeCity profile. Begin by clicking “Edit my Profile,” then click “Customize Appearance” on the top right of the page. Then have the other on zoelayouts.com Once you have your Myspace Layout code (available from a variety of websites), go to Zoelayouts.com and enter the code into box 1. You should instantly see text appear in box 3. If you do not see anything in box 3, then close the internet page and try again. Once you have text in each three boxes, you are ready to create a custom layout.
Step 1: Copy everything in Box 2 (Ctrl-C)
Step 2: Go to CSS on your ZoeCity profile. Delete everything in CSS and then paste what you copied from Box 2 (Ctrl-V)
Step 3: Click Save Changes and then click layout.
Step 4: Copy everything from Box 3 (Ctrl-C) and paste it into Layout on your ZoeCity profile (Ctrl-V).
Now go check out your slick profile!
Note: Because the Myspace codes are not made for ZoeCity, some functionality of the ZoeCity page will no longer be available if you use a custom template. ZoeCity is in the process of creating their own tool for allowing you to change your layout and customize it.
